One person's efforts are addition, and a team's efforts are multiplication. The best way to work is for everyone to run together on the road to realize their dreams; lower your head with firm steps, raise your head with a clear distance, and concentrate your efforts to climb the peak and climb higher. Look far into the future.

In order to enrich the cultural life of employees, further enhance team spirit, promote mutual understanding among various departments, improve the company's cohesion and centripetal force, and allow employees to relax and enjoy the pleasant scenery of nature after work. From May 24th to 26th, Anhui Schutten Solar Energy Co., Ltd.organized a three-day team-building trip.

Without further ado, let’s review the good times with the executives of Schutten Solar Power Team!

The first stop of the trip: Jiuhua Mountain

Jiuhua Mountain is one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in my country and is world-famous for the Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva’s dojo. During the Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty, Jin Qiaojue, a monk from the ancient Silla Kingdom, practiced hard in Jiuhua for decades. His body did not decay for three years after his death. The monks recognized him as the "incarnation of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva", and Jiuhua Mountain became the Ksitigarbha Dojo. Incense has been flourishing for thousands of years.

In late spring and early summer in Jiuhua Mountain, mountain flowers bloom among the dark rocks of Cangshan Mountain, and there are many strange rocks. It is so beautiful. Let’s walk a journey together and fight a battle together! At the beginning of the climb, the friends of  Schutten Solar Electric Power Co., Ltd. dressed in uniform uniforms marched together in high spirits; during the climb, everyone encouraged and supported each other. From climbing up the stairs to offering incense sincerely, I pray that  Schutten Solar Electric Power will continue to prosper in 2024! If mountain climbing is a way to challenge and discover yourself, then climbing a mountain together as a team is a kind of inner integration and common growth.

Under the majestic peaks of Mount Jiuhua, everyone is defying difficulties and moving forward hand in hand. Although the scenery along the way is beautiful, what is even more beautiful is the members supporting each other and moving forward together. Climbing to the top of Mount Jiuhua made everyone truly feel the joy of conquering nature together. Just like at work, for the common goal, everyone shoulders the responsibility of the team and strives to be themselves. I believe that everyone will continue to forge ahead without fear of difficulties in their future work and life!

Second stop: Huangshan Xixinan Wetland

"When you return from Huangshan Mountain, you don't see the mountains; when you go south to Xixi River, you forget your way back." The village of Xixinan runs east-west and faces south, like a checkerboard pattern. It retains more than 100 Ming and Qing buildings, water conservancy heritage and other cultural relics. This was once the richest place in ancient Huizhou, and was known as the "richest man in Sheyi".

Along the way, everyone sometimes stopped to rest, appreciate the beautiful scenery along the way, sometimes chat and laugh, and exchange work and life. After crossing the bench bridge, we reached the depths of the wetland, listening to the gurgling water and seeing green green. Everyone laughed and laughed along the way, and the atmosphere was particularly relaxed.

Coming here is like entering the world in the movie "Little Forest". Rows of towering ancient trees are hidden among the bamboos, and unique Anhui-style houses are scattered here. It is the spring and summer season, and the whole world has turned into " "The Wizard of Oz", every step is a scenery, every sight is amazing.

Working together to move forward together

During the three-day team-building trip, everyone measured the beauty of the mountain peaks and experienced the rich Huizhou culture. What matters is not where you are, what matters is who you are with. We don’t have to rush all the time, and we have to stop and go occasionally. On this journey, the mountains are high and the road is far away; at the next stop, the stars are shining brightly.
